Ashburton Global Ambassadors

We are HIRING NOW for one more Ashburton Global Ambassador aged 18-24 who wants to kick start their career in international relations. We're offering valuable training and connections in return for five volunteer hours a month implementing welcoming and multicultural activities.

Do you see yourself in a global career?

Read the 2020 handbook which includes the application form, then send in your application, and you could find yourself sharing and expanding Ashburton District's international connections and partnerships, as well as leading efforts to create an open and inclusive community.

Home to world-class agribusiness, food producers, manufacturers and tourism, Ashburton District is fast-growing, with support of international activity and networks. We welcome migrants, international students, we're a refugee resettlement location, and we love to celebrate our diverse, multicultural community.
